Pixar's original sci-fi feature "Elio," set for release this summer, today unveiled a new poster and its third trailer.

The film's voice cast includes Shirley Henderson, Zoe Saldaña, Jameela Jamil of "She-Hulk: Attorney at Law," Emmy winner Brad Garrett, and Yonas Kibreab, the rising young star from "Obi-Wan Kenobi," among others. It is slated for a June 13, 2025, release in North America.

The film was originally set to be directed by Adrian Molina, co-director of "Coco." However, during production, a change in personnel occurred, with "Turning Red" director Domee Shi and "Turning Red" co-writer Madeline Sharafian taking over. Molina, who stepped down to work on other projects, will still retain a directing credit.

The voice cast also saw changes. Zoe Saldaña's character, Olga, was originally voiced by Golden Globe winner America Ferrera of "Ugly Betty." Ferrera had already recorded some audio but later withdrew due to scheduling conflicts. Following her departure, the script was rewritten, and the character she was originally set to voice, the protagonist's mother, was changed to an aunt.
