Bandai's GASHAPON capsule toy division will release a new product featuring several classic Sanrio characters – the "Sanrio Characters: Vacation Together Figure" capsule toys. The suggested retail price is 300 JPY per turn, and they are scheduled to be released in the third week of June 2025!
This "Sanrio Characters: Vacation Together Figure" Gashapon series features Sanrio stars enjoying a summer vacation, depicted with suntanned looks from playing at the beach. It includes five types: Hello Kitty and her childhood friend and boyfriend Dear Daniel, Kuromi, Hanamaru, and My Melody. The characters are meticulously crafted in their swimwear, each with their unique style. Their tanned skin (or fur?) exudes a full island vibe! However, only My Melody remains very fair-skinned, appearing to be a friend who is very diligent with sunscreen! As summer approaches, come and play at the beach with the super cute Sanrio stars!
