Japanese model company Kaiyodo's popular articulated figure brand "REVOLTECH," under its "AMAZING YAMAGUCHI" series, following the "EVA Unit-01," has officially unveiled another new product with an "Evangelion New Theatrical Edition" theme—the "Fourth Angel" articulated figure. The suggested retail price is 11,000 JPY, with an estimated release in February 2026!
The Fourth Angel, Shamshel, appearing in the New Theatrical Edition, adopts the design of the Third Angel, Sachiel, from the TV series and manga. It possesses extremely strong self-healing abilities, and its arms feature retractable spear-like weapons for attack. It withstood various artillery attacks, remaining steadfast, and ultimately chose to self-destruct to take down the berserk Unit-01 after being severely damaged by it.
This AMAZING YAMAGUCHI Fourth Angel stands approximately 17 cm tall. Referencing its appearance during the attack on Neo-Tokyo-3 in "1.0 You Are (Not) Alone," its powerful, muscular form is vividly sculpted under the complete supervision of Katsuhisa Yamaguchi. The meticulous paint application and detailed finishing significantly enhance its overall quality! Accessories include interchangeable head parts for its initial and regenerated states, a hand gripping Unit-01's head, and a light spear extending from its elbow. These can be combined with the highly articulated EVA Unit-01, released last week, to recreate iconic scenes from the film!
Pre-ordering at Kaiyodo's official direct stores will also include an exclusive winking face part as a bonus, offering even more display options!
