Just last night (the 5th), the Danish LEGO toy company officially announced a series of products based on the live-action "One Piece" series, scheduled for release on August 1, 2025! This article will provide information on five sets, numbered 75636-75640.
While the news of LEGO releasing products for the live-action "One Piece" series was already a foregone conclusion, seeing these sets officially debut still fills me with a sense of disbelief and immense excitement! The five sets in this article are themed around Foosha Village, Buggy the Clown's Circus Tent, Arlong Park, the Going Merry, and the Baratie Sea Restaurant. The largest set, the Baratie, boasts an impressive 3402 pieces and is visually stunning; meanwhile, the LEGO pirate ship The Going Merry, which many toy enthusiasts are thrilled about, features 1376 pieces and directly includes minifigures of the initial Straw Hat Pirates members: Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Nami, and Usopp. The ship's sails are absolutely fantastic!
The other three sets are minifigure + diorama sets with fewer than a thousand pieces, each possessing incredibly charming unique selling points. For instance, the Foosha Village Hut includes a Shanks minifigure (with two arms!) and a Devil Fruit; Buggy the Clown's set features a Buggy minifigure and a tiny Buggy that's gone awry after being split and reassembled (laughs). The Arlong Park build is equipped with easily destructible mechanisms, a Luffy minifigure showcasing his Gum-Gum Fruit abilities, and a thoroughly villainous-looking Arlong minifigure. A common element across all these "One Piece" LEGO sets is the inclusion of a "Wanted" poster, perfectly capturing the "One Piece" worldview. We're truly looking forward to them!
