Japanese watch giant SEIKO is no stranger to dropping killer collabs with iconic pop culture IPs, and their latest team-up is no exception.
The company has just announced a new partnership with Sanrio's mega-popular character Cinnamoroll, specifically through the chic "I.CINNAMOROLL" line, to create a limited-edition watch that's equal parts cute and classy. Priced at 43,780 JPY and limited to just 2,023 pieces worldwide, the watch is now available for pre-order on the PREMICO website.
For those not in the know, "I.CINNAMOROLL" is a fresh take on the beloved character that Sanrio officially launched in 2023. The series features a slightly larger character named "CINNAMON" and a smaller one with a pacifier named "MILK," set in a parallel world with a completely different backstory from the original Cinnamoroll universe.
The watch face is a celestial dream, inspired by the night sky. It features a stunning gradient that shifts from deep to light blue, dotted with sparkling stars and an adorable illustration of Cinnamoroll, creating a wearable piece of cosmic art.
The dial shimmers beautifully as it catches the light from different angles. At the 6 o'clock position, Cinnamoroll peeks out, gazing up at the whimsical night sky. The details are on point, too—the second hand is cleverly designed with Cinnamoroll's signature curly tail at its tip. The case back features another cute illustration and is engraved with a unique limited-edition serial number, making each watch one-of-a-kind.
