Then yesterday, August 19, the official account posted "Frieren of Volleyball," showing the plushie Frieren mid-spike at the net, looking incredibly dynamic! Many believe this was a clever Easter egg, as August 19 is "Volleyball Day" in Japan.
And it wasn't just the anime's X account! *Weekly Shonen Sunday*, where the manga is serialized, also joined the fun with a similar photo, though Frieren's pose looked even more energetic!
