Get ready, Kirby fans! Hankyu Railway, the major operator connecting Osaka, Kobe, and Kyoto in Japan, has just announced a super exciting collaboration with the beloved game IP, Kirby!
This massive crossover event is packed with goodies! We're talking limited-edition "Kirby Train" wraps, stamp rallies, exclusive merchandise, themed food, and even train-themed Kirby music as the background score. Seriously, they're turning the entire railway line into a Kirby wonderland! The festivities kick off on August 22, 2025, and run all the way until March 17, 2026 – that's over half a year to soak up all the pink goodness.
Starting August 22, the "Kirby Train" will make its grand debut. Trains on the Kobe, Takarazuka, and Kyoto lines will all be decked out in Kirby's adorable likeness, each route featuring unique designs and corresponding interior decorations.
Then, from September 2, the fun continues with a stamp rally, special one-day passes, and photo spots. You'll even get to hear specially arranged "train-style" Kirby music playing at the stations!
