IO Interactive's two major action and spy-thriller titles are welcoming significant new characters: British actress Gemma Chan takes on a pivotal role in "007: First Light," while legendary martial arts icon Bruce Lee makes an appearance in a new mission for "Hitman: World of Assassination," joining players as a combat partner.
Gemma Chan, widely recognized for her roles in "Eternals" and "Crazy Rich Asians," has now officially joined IOI's upcoming "007: First Light." In the latest trailer unveiled at the Xbox Tokyo Game Show, she was revealed to portray Dr. Selina Tan, a scholar with a background in psychology and game theory. Her character's MI6 mission is described as critical to James Bond's journey to earning his "00" agent status.
Meanwhile, IO Interactive also delivered a surprise for "Hitman: World of Assassination" – legendary martial artist Bruce Lee transforms into "Agent Lee," joining players in "The Dragon," a new arcade contract.
Unlike previous missions that tasked players with eliminating celebrity targets, this time, players won't be assassinating Bruce Lee. Instead, they will team up with him to infiltrate a criminal organization known as the "Concord Alliance" and uncover the identity of its leader during a mysterious martial arts tournament held at Bangkok's Himmapan Hotel.

Starting today, the mission is free to play until November 20, 2025, and can be permanently unlocked via the paid "Bruce Lee Pack." This bundle includes Bruce Lee's iconic yellow tracksuit, new weapons, and various decorations for the Freelancer safehouse. The development team stated that this content serves as a tribute to commemorate Bruce Lee's 85th birthday, marking a special highlight alongside the series' 25th anniversary.
