Whether you're stanning an idol or a VTuber, showing your support comes in many forms – from snagging merch to cheering them on live. It's all about sending a message to your faves.
Recently, Hono Naruse (@layn_hono), a member of Japanese idol group "Layn," dropped a bombshell on X, showcasing an "insane collection" of fan-made support fans. The sheer volume of them filling her home sent netizens into a frenzy, with comments like "This is just wild, lol" and "That's real love!"

Formed in 2021, idol group "Layn" consists of six members: Hono Naruse, Haruna Watanabe, Yuri Arita, Naoka Mikami, Riri Hoshino, and Miki Otowa. While they're still an indie idol group hustling their way up, their fanbase is fiercely loyal, consistently showing up for performances and meet-and-meets across different venues.

Hono Naruse shared a photo on X, revealing the "special gifts" a fan gives her after every single performance – a house full of "support fans." Turns out, one dedicated fan crafts a brand-new fan for her each time she hits the stage. Each one is meticulously decorated, featuring the date, venue, show name, and a heartfelt handwritten message. The level of thought and detail is pure love. But here's the kicker: that photo only showed "a fraction" of them!
Apparently, Hono-san has even more fans that weren't displayed. The sheer quantity was so overwhelming that even her mom and grandma, who helped set them up, couldn't help but exclaim, "That's way too many!"
This consistent, incredibly thoughtful fan support blew netizens away. Comments poured in: "This scene is epic!" "Seriously wild, so much love!" "Showing up every time, making one every time – what an amazing bond." "Just setting them all up must be a workout, lol." "Not only is the fan amazing, but the idol keeping every single one is so sweet."

Hono Naruse keeps fans updated on her performances and daily life across X, Instagram, Threads, and TikTok (all @layn_hono). Plus, her group Layn is gearing up for their solo tour, "SCARLET SEASON," hitting Tokyo's Shimokitazawa Shangri-La on November 27.
Looks like that "support fan wall" might just get even bigger before then! Talk about next-level dedication from a hardcore fan, lol.
