"I am the final boss! Everyone for me!"
BANDAI SPIRITS' Collectors Toy Division, TAMASHII NATIONS, has unveiled a new product under its S.H.Figuarts articulated figure brand, based on the popular anime and manga series "My Hero Academia"—the "Katsuki Bakugo -The Beginning-" action figure. It is priced at 11,000 JPY and is scheduled for release in May 2026!
In the recently aired second and third episodes of the final season of the "My Hero Academia" anime, facing All Might's imminent execution by All For One, a near-death Bakugo awakens just in time. He cooperates with Midoriya, swiftly arriving to save All Might, thus breaking Sir Nighteye's prophecy of All Might's fate!
This S.H.Figuarts "Katsuki Bakugo -The Beginning-" action figure adopts Bakugo's appearance after his resurrection in the series. The "The Beginning" in the product name signifies continuity and new beginnings, symbolizing the will of All Might inherited by both Bakugo and Midoriya! The figure stands approximately 14.5 cm tall, meticulously sculpted to reproduce the damaged Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight hero costume after intense battle. Details such as the scratches on his metal kneepads, the splint on his right arm inherited from All Might, and the wound on his chest stitched by Best Jeanist are all exquisitely recreated!
Accessories include interchangeable hair parts for flying poses, multiple interchangeable hand parts with explosion effects, and five interchangeable face parts with iconic expressions that Bakugo displayed upon his awakening. These can be combined with the flexible articulation to recreate his more powerful and active poses after his resurrection!
