The consistently successful "Despicable Me" franchise has maintained a steady release rhythm over the years, alternating between main sequels and spin-off installments since "Despicable Me 2." Following last year's "Despicable Me 4," which grossed $960 million, the next film on the slate is, of course, "Minions 3." While no promotional materials for "Minions 3" have been released yet, rumors regarding its plot have already begun to circulate.
