BANPRESTO, a prize brand under Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company, is releasing a lottery product "BANPRE KUJI PREMIUM", announcing the latest product from the movie "Shin Godzilla", "Monster Roar Attack XL Godzilla (2016) 4th Form", which is scheduled for release on May 30, 2026.
Godzilla, as it appeared in the movie "Shin Godzilla", was jointly designed by director Hideaki Anno, designer Mahiro Maeda, sculptor Takayuki Takeya, and others. It is a colossal "perfect organism" capable of freely and rapidly evolving and devolving, quickly adapting to its environment. It underwent several evolutions within hours of landing in Japan. Godzilla possesses a "thermonuclear energy conversion bio-organ" within its body, and appears to generate immense energy and emit radioactive substances without needing to feed. In the film, after being attacked by US military bombers, it entered an awakened state, and the heat ray it spewed from its mouth instantly engulfed Tokyo's bustling streets in flames, completely exceeding the current scope of human knowledge.
