Ever played with nanoblock? This micro-sized building block brand, produced by Japan's KAWADA company, lives by the philosophy of "Recreating the world in the palm of your hand." It lets players stack intricate blocks into lifelike animals, instruments, buildings, and characters.
Recently, a user on X (Japan) shared their incredible nanoblock creation: a complete recreation of the entire Osaka-Kansai World Expo venue! The masterpiece immediately garnered massive attention upon its reveal, with netizens going wild, praising it as "insane" and demanding, "This should totally be an official product!"

The mastermind behind this project is officially certified nanoblock master Motonari787 (@Motonari787). He specially crafted this piece for the "nanoblock Exhibition," an event organized by nanoblock fans, meticulously piecing together the entire Expo venue using the tiny blocks.
Even though nanoblock's smallest unit is a mere 4x4x5mm, the finished product is so spectacular you wouldn't guess its minuscule scale. From the colossal ring-shaped roof structure to individual pavilions and the surrounding sea, everything is faithfully recreated.

Beyond the main structures, Motonari787 even meticulously recreated rest areas, restrooms, and a life-sized Gundam statue! For the ocean, special parts were added to simulate the "Symphony of Water and Air" fountain show, creating an incredibly realistic effect.

And with added lighting effects, the vibrant night activities of the Expo can also be showcased in all their glory!

At the west entrance, he even built a nanoblock statue of the official mascot, Myaku-Myaku, welcoming visitors. Despite being made of blocks, the essence of the character is perfectly captured.
