Japanese audio brand ONKYO, known for its frequent collaborations with various anime IPs, has previously teamed up with franchises like Mobile Suit Gundam and Yu-Gi-Oh!, both to great acclaim.
They've just announced an exciting new collaboration with the wildly popular Korean novel-turned-anime, "Solo Leveling"! Get ready for a special edition pair of wireless Bluetooth earbuds, themed around the protagonist, Sung Jinwoo (Shun Mizushino). Priced at 20,000 JPY, these are currently available for pre-order on ONKYO's official website.
Design-wise, the charging case lid features "Shadow Monarch" in English, representing Sung Jinwoo (Shun Mizushino), along with the series title and a custom border. The left and right earbuds themselves are adorned with motifs of the character's weapons.
The earbuds themselves are the "CP-TWS01A" model, boasting active noise cancellation (ANC), a low-latency mode, and everyday water resistance – making them super practical for daily use. Plus, they come in an exclusive, specially illustrated box for this collaboration.
But here's the real showstopper: they feature brand-new voice prompts recorded by Taito Ban, the voice actor for Sung Jinwoo in the anime! From power on/off and successful pairing to touch controls, each earbud offers seven unique voice prompts, letting the Shadow Monarch himself accompany you on your musical journey!
They also support wireless charging, and ONKYO is separately selling a matching collaborative wireless charging pad for 4,400 JPY.
