Jeremy Allen White and Molly Gordon, who played a couple in the FX series "The Bear," have since become a real-life couple. The film, titled "Peaked," will be distributed by A24. Gordon is set to direct and star in the feature, co-writing the screenplay with Allie Levitan, a former co-head writer for "Saturday Night Live." Allen White will join the cast as an actor, though his specific role remains undisclosed.

"Peaked" centers on Barbie and Millie, two women nearing their thirties who were once the most popular girls in high school but have achieved little success since. When they don't receive an invitation to their ten-year high school reunion, they decide to plot the destruction of the rare gathering. Elizabeth Olsen was reportedly initially cast as Barbie but ultimately withdrew due to scheduling conflicts with her currently filming limited series, "Seven Sisters."
