Action maestro Joe Carnahan, director of "The A-Team" and "Smokin' Aces," is set to premiere his latest original action-thriller, "The Rip," on Netflix this month. Tonight, the streaming giant officially dropped the film's second trailer.
The official synopsis reveals a high-stakes premise: a team of Miami police officers stumbles upon $20 million in cash hidden in an abandoned safe house. However, as word of the discovery leaks, the trust among the officers begins to unravel, sparking an internal conflict. Carnahan co-wrote the screenplay with Michael McGrale, known for his work as a co-writer on the third season of "The Following."
