Director Michael Sarnoski, known for the upcoming live-action "Death Stranding" film, has unveiled the first teaser poster and trailer for his new Robin Hood reimagining, "The Death of Robin Hood." This follows the release of first-look photos last month for the film, which Sarnoski also wrote.
The film's cast includes Noah Jupe, Hugh Jackman, Jodie Comer, and Bill Skarsgård.

"The Death of Robin Hood" explores the legendary British outlaw in his later years, presenting a starkly different image from the popular hero. This version sees an aging Robin Hood grappling with his violent past and the disconnect between his reality and the idealized folk tales. The film opens with a severely wounded Robin Hood, who is rescued and treated at a monastery, where he encounters a young girl in need of his protection from relentless pursuers.
Skarsgård takes on the role of Robin Hood's loyal lieutenant, Little John. Sarnoski, however, is keeping Comer's character under wraps, just as the North American release date remains unannounced.
