After a seven-year wait, the "Jumanji" franchise is finally returning for its last adventure with "Jumanji: Open World," and the second trailer dropped tonight.

Jake Kasdan, who directed the previous two installments, is back at the helm. He also co-wrote the screenplay with returning writers Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner. The movie opens in North American theaters on Christmas Day, December 25, entering a crowded holiday corridor alongside "Dune: Part Three" and "Avengers: Doomsday."

The returning cast includes Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black, Nick Jonas, Awkwafina, Danny DeVito, Alex Wolff and Karen Gillan. Marin Hinkle and Burn Gorman are among the new additions to the ensemble.

This time, the in-game avatars played by Johnson, Hart, Black and their co-stars will come face-to-face with the human players in the real world for the first time. Someone has accidentally unleashed every hero and villain trapped inside the console, bringing the chaos of Jumanji into reality.
