For any baseball fan, KONAMI's long-running "Power Pro Baseball" series is undoubtedly a household name, boasting over 30 years of history as a flagship title for the company.
But hold up! Today (1/14), the official announcement dropped a bombshell: a brand-new mobile game, "Power Pro Adventurers" (tentative title: パワプロアドベンチャーズ), is on the way. The kicker? They've completely ditched the baseball! Instead, it's a fantasy adventure simulation RPG, where players will use the familiar "Success Mode" to train adventurers and battle monsters. Expect it to hit devices in Spring 2026.
This new title throws you into a world of swords and magic, completely sidelining baseball. Instead, you'll be using the "Power Pro Baseball" series' iconic "Success Mode" to train adventurers and take on all sorts of monsters. Pre-registration is already live!
In "Success Mode," you'll train alongside a colorful cast of characters, growing stronger together before taking on powerful monsters in "Battle" stages.
Players can freely choose professions like Swordsman or Mage, and elements such as Fire or Water, to craft their ideal, unique adventurer.
Once trained, you can assemble a team of adventurers with various professions and attributes to challenge monster battles. Combat is fully automatic and stress-free. Don't sweat it if you can't win on the first try! Just re-train characters based on monster weaknesses, strengthen your team, and repeat "Success Mode" and "Battle" to gradually power up your squad.
