Last September, an official announcement confirmed a live-action movie adaptation was in the works. Yesterday evening (1/25), the official accounts for the film launched on X and Instagram, reminding everyone that this live-action flick will debut alongside this year's World Cup.
The newly released key visual features the tagline "Egoists, Assemble!" and showcases 12 characters in a segmented layout, reminiscent of BLUE LOCK's team formations.
This live-action project is being helmed by CREDEUS, the team behind acclaimed works like "Kingdom," "Golden Kamuy," and "Kokuhou." Given the recent streak of successful and high-quality live-action adaptations, fans who might be skeptical about this format can breathe a sigh of relief.
