Hololive's FLOW GLOW Member Koganeiniko Halts Activities Due to "Adjustment Disorder," Prioritizing Rest for Return

Late 2024 saw the debut of "Hololive FLOW GLOW," a new music group project from Japanese VTuber agency Hololive. Kicking off as a five-member unit, each member brought their unique theme to the table, quickly grabbing the attention of many fans.

However, today (March 9), agency COVER announced that FLOW GLOW member Koganeiniko will be suspending her activities indefinitely. During her hiatus, FLOW GLOW will continue as a four-member group, though there's no word yet on their attendance at major events.

Koganeiniko debuted as the group's resident comedian, an outgoing and key figure who often revealed her adorable side. She currently boasts 605,000 subscribers.

According to the official announcement:

"We would like to inform you that Koganeiniko, a member of hololive DEV_IS unit FLOW GLOW, will be temporarily suspending her activities. She had previously been adjusting her activity schedule, and we recently received a report that she has been diagnosed with an adjustment disorder by a physician. After discussions with Koganeiniko herself, we believe that taking a temporary break to focus on rest and recovery is the best decision at this time. The management team will provide full support to ensure she can focus on her physical and mental recovery without worry. We kindly ask for your patience as you await her return. For more detailed explanations, please refer to Koganeiniko's YouTube channel livestream.

Additionally, we ask for your understanding and cooperation in refraining from inquiring about this matter with Koganeiniko herself or other members. Thank you for your continued support and encouragement."

Koganeiniko also posted on her personal X account, stating that her manager will be posting updates on her daily life on X. Short videos and cover songs will still be released on YouTube and TikTok, while member-exclusive content will be handled by her manager.

For Koganeiniko's fans, the news of her hiatus due to health reasons is undoubtedly heartbreaking. It seems all they can do is wait for her to fully recover before making her grand return.
