The incredibly popular Haikyuu!! manga may have wrapped up, but its anime adaptations are still soaring! The recent "Haikyuu!! The Movie: Decisive Battle at the Garbage Dump" smashed box office records, raking in over 10 billion yen. And the hype isn't stopping there, with "Haikyuu!! The Movie: VS Little Giant" and the special anime episode "Haikyuu!! The Monsters' Whereabouts" already announced.
Today (March 22), the official team dropped some exciting news: a brand-new mobile game, "Haikyuu!! ALL Challengers," is on its way! Touted as the first authentic training simulation game for the series, it's already got a reveal PV out, and pre-registration is now open!
While details are still a bit scarce, the official description teases a deep training simulation system, complete with all-new 2D animated cutscenes and illustrations, plus fresh character voice recordings. Players can look forward to diving deep into character development!
How you train your players is entirely up to you. Decide which stats to boost and what training regimens to implement. Then, assemble your perfectly trained athletes into a dream team that's uniquely yours!
The game is currently still in development. While there are already two other Haikyuu!! mobile games out there, "Haikyuu!! Touch the Dream" and "Haikyuu!! FLY HIGH," "Haikyuu!! ALL Challengers" is being developed by TOHO Games themselves. This could mean some fresh and unique gameplay experiences!
