"Time Out" is a remake of the 2001 French film "L’Emploi Du Temps." The story follows Sandler's character, Vincent, who, after being fired from his job, struggles to confess the truth to his wife and family. Instead of revealing his unemployment, he weaves an intricate web of lies to conceal his predicament. Vincent even devises a fake investment scheme, enticing friends to participate, making the deception increasingly difficult to manage. This elaborate fraud eventually begins to unravel his life and disrupt his family.
