The light novel "Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation," penned by Rifujin na Magote and illustrated by Shirotaka, has been a massive hit since its anime adaptation dropped.
We already knew a third season was in the works, and now, at today's (3/28) "Anime Japan 2026" event, they've officially unleashed the promo video for this season's main event: the "Eris Training Arc"! Mark your calendars, because the anime is set to kick off in July.
Season 3 picks up right from Volume 13 of the original novel. For Rudeus, this season is about to drop some serious emotional bombshells, promising a whole new level of drama and adventure.
And one of the biggest draws this season? The long-awaited "Eris Training Arc" is finally getting its anime debut! Back in Season 1, Eris was teleported to the Demon Continent with Rudy during the "Teleportation Incident." They teamed up, braved countless dangers on their journey home, and even developed feelings for each other. But after seeing Rudy defeated by the Dragon God, she decided to leave and embark on a training journey, determined to become "someone worthy of Rudy."
The newly released PV gives us a glimpse of Eris absolutely grinding it out in the "Sword Sanctuary." You can feel her frustration at not being strong enough, fueling her intense drive to get better – the whole vibe is super hype! Plus, we get to meet some fresh faces, like the fiercely competitive Nina and her dad, Gall, who's also Eris's master.
On top of that, the PV also drops the first listen of Season 3's opening theme song, "Ketsui no Uta" (Song of Resolve), performed by Yuiko Ohara, who's been with the series since day one.
