Director Peter Berg, known for his military-themed films like "Lone Survivor" and "Battleship," is shifting focus to World War II this year with his upcoming drama, "The Mosquito Bowl." The first trailer for the film officially dropped tonight.

The movie is an adaptation of Buzz Bissinger's non-fiction book of the same name, with the screenplay co-written by Berg and Mark L. Smith, who penned "The Revenant." Bissinger is also Berg's cousin; Berg previously adapted another of Bissinger's works, "Friday Night Lights," into both a feature film and a television series.
