BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division TAMASHII NATIONS, known for its METAL ROBOT SPIRITS (Ka signature) series which features designs supervised by renowned mechanical designer Hajime Katoki, metallic paint finishes, and die-cast frames, has announced the latest product from "Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ": the "Full Armor Parts Set for Enhanced ZZ Gundam," slated for release in April 2027.
While the MSZ-010 ZZ Gundam is a mobile suit equipped with various high-power beam and projectile armaments, its structural integrity was somewhat weak due to its transformation and combination mechanism from three separate fighter jets. To counter the growing might of Neo Zeon's forces and the monstrous NZ-000 Queen Mansa mobile armor, the AEUG first proposed an enhancement plan, resulting in the "Enhanced ZZ Gundam." Later, utilizing data from the test unit FAZZ, they further modified it into the "Full Armor ZZ Gundam," which boasts comprehensively improved defense, firepower, and mobility.
The "METAL ROBOT SPIRITS (Ka signature) Full Armor Parts Set for Enhanced ZZ Gundam" is an expansion parts set designed to be used with the separately sold "METAL ROBOT SPIRITS (Ka signature) Enhanced ZZ Gundam" main unit. By utilizing the included weapon accessories, collectors can recreate the ultimate form, the "Full Armor ZZ Gundam." However, the full contents have not yet been revealed, with only partial visuals of the "Full Armor ZZ Gundam" equipped with its additional armor parts being shown so far. Detailed product information will be unveiled before pre-orders open on September 18th.
