Japanese high-end statue brand Prime 1 Studio's "Ultimate Museum Masterline" series officially launches the "Justice Buster: Phantom Armor" (Design By Josh Nizzi) non-scale statue, inspired by DC Comics' "Justice League". Standing approximately 88 cm (34.6 inches) tall, the regular version is priced at 504,790 JPY, while the Ultimate version will retail for 608,190 JPY. Both are slated for release between February and May 2028.
The Justice Buster is Batman's colossal armored suit, designed to counter the entire Justice League should they ever turn rogue – a last resort for the worst-case scenario. This version, a collaboration between Prime 1 Studio and Hollywood concept designer Josh Nizzi, retains the original design and display features but transforms the previously heavy, dark armor into a predominantly white scheme, creating the "Phantom Armor" – a spectral presence on the battlefield.
The massive body features white armor accented with dark gray mechanical structures. Its surface is detailed with scratches, grime, and weathering effects, ensuring that even its pristine white exterior conveys the weighty, battle-hardened texture of a machine that has seen intense combat. LED illumination is integrated into the head, chest, shoulders, back, arms, right hand, and turret. An alternate head sculpt allows for displaying Batman within the armor, while the back flight wings and chest armor can be switched between deployed and retracted states.
The various armaments designed specifically to counter Justice League members are also fully preserved. The left shoulder features an auto-turret to intercept The Flash, while the left arm is equipped with a device to disorient Wonder Woman and a weapon to dehydrate Aquaman. The right shoulder houses an electromagnetic device engineered to combat Cyborg. The right hand can emit red solar radiation to weaken Superman, and the chest conceals an anti-Superman weapon capable of attacking with both intense heat and extreme cold, vividly showcasing the terrifying extent of Batman's contingency planning.
The specially designed base is littered with remnants of a brutal battle: The Flash's shattered cowl, Aquaman's broken trident, Superman's tattered red cape, Cyborg's arm, Wonder Woman's fractured shield, and Green Lantern's power battery, painting a grim picture of the Justice League after a deadly struggle. The Ultimate version further includes an approximately 50.8 cm tall Batman Advanced Suit statue, three interchangeable head sculpts, and an adjustable fabric cape. The official store's Ultimate Bonus version adds an extra interchangeable left hand holding a Kryptonite spear, completing the scene of Batman confronting Superman.
