Veteran Japanese toy company Kaiyodo is expanding its popular "Capsule Q Museum" capsule toy series with a new collection based on the highly anticipated film "Shin Ultraman"! This new lineup, also titled "Shin Ultraman," features three iconic characters from the movie and is slated for release on May 20, 2022.
The "Shin Ultraman" capsule toy series includes Ultraman himself, sculpted to reflect his new film design, alongside two colossal kaiju featured in the trailers: Neronga and Gabora. The Ultraman figure, expertly crafted by Takashi Kinoshita, captures the hero in his classic pose, poised to unleash the devastating Spacium Ray. Meanwhile, the Neronga and Gabora prototypes, sculpted by Shinobu Matsumura, meticulously recreate the fresh designs by Mahiro Maeda seen in the film. The intricate details, from the rough texture of their skin to their biologically inspired gradient colors, are incredibly refined, delivering immense presence despite their compact size!
