Hong Kong-based toy brand threezero today unveiled full details for the latest addition to its acclaimed ROBO-DOU die-cast articulated figure series: the "ROBO-DOU Tekkaman (threezero Redesign)", slated for a Q4 2022 release.

The "ROBO-DOU Tekkaman (threezero Redesign)" was developed by threezero's in-house designers and toy development team. Compared to Tatsunoko Production's streamlined original design from 1975, threezero has infused this rendition with a wealth of irregular armor shapes, intricate mechanical details, and layered textures. The design also incorporates lines reminiscent of human musculature, all while ensuring highly flexible articulation that remains unhindered by the armor, making it incredibly fun to pose.

This non-scale articulated figure stands approximately 20 cm tall and features a robust die-cast frame with over 50 points of articulation. Its exterior armor is crafted from a composite of ABS, PVC, POM, and die-cast parts, showcasing distinct textural differences across various sections. Both the forehead's Fermion Cannon emitter and the eyes are equipped with LED light-up features. For weaponry, Tekkaman comes with his iconic double-ended spear, the "Tech Lancer," and the "Techwin" whip, which contains an internal metal wire for free posing and shape manipulation.
