GOODSMILECOMPANY's Nendoroid series, which boasts over a thousand types of posable figures, following products like Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Winnie the Pooh, and Stitch, is set to release a new product featuring a popular Disney animated character: "Nendoroid Goofy". The suggested retail price is 8,400 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in March 2023.
The classic Disney cartoon character with a goofy image, "Goofy", whose full name is Goofy Goof, is a kind-hearted but somewhat clumsy large dog. In the daily lives of Mickey and friends, he often plays the role of a comedic relief, especially with his distinctive "A-hyuck!" laugh, which is both memorable and hilarious. In the animated series "The Goofy Troop", he has his own family, not only as the protagonist but also as a good father.
The "Nendoroid Goofy" stands at 14 cm, faithfully recreating Goofy's tall stature. His goofy buck teeth and signature outfit are also adorably reproduced. The face parts include three types of eye parts: normal eyes, squinting eyes, and half-closed eyes. Combined with two types of mouth parts (open mouth/closed mouth), you can freely enjoy various expressions. His distinctive green hat can also be freely removed and worn. Additionally, a "musical note" accessory is included to recreate Goofy's cheerful atmosphere.
