Megahouse's G.E.M. series, under the Japanese toy company, will release a new product from Digimon Tamers: the "Sakuyamon" PVC pre-painted figure! The suggested retail price is 24,200 JPY, with an estimated release in August 2023.
Appearing in Digimon Tamers, "Sakuyamon (サクヤモン)" is the Ultimate evolution of Renamon, the partner Digimon of the female protagonist Ruki Makino. Her name originates from Konohanasakuya-hime (コノハナノサクヤビメ), the goddess of Mount Fuji and cherry blossoms in Japanese mythology. In her lore, she is a Miko Digimon who acts as an agent of God's will, skilled in Onmyodo arts, and capable of summoning divine beast-type Digimon.
The "G.E.M. Series Sakuyamon" PVC pre-painted figure stands approximately 28 cm tall. Based on Sakuyamon's evolution scene, it captures the beautiful moment of her majestically standing on a lake with cherry blossoms fluttering in the night. The figure faithfully reproduces Sakuyamon's enchanting and magnificent appearance, with her silver-white hair flowing upwards and her golden armor adorned with a heavy metallic finish. Her well-defined body lines, combined with the Vajra Staff in her hand, enhance the overall cool yet graceful atmosphere. The ripples on the lake and the cherry blossom petals on the base are incredibly lifelike, almost as if you can hear the evolution BGM!
