From Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company's prize figure brand BANPRESTO, the "Fluffy Puffy" series, which combines a soft texture with excellent three-dimensional sculpting, will release new "Funny Art" themed products from Tom and Jerry in January 2023. The first volume includes Type A "Tom" and Type B "Jerry"!
The animated series Tom and Jerry, created by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, primarily features short stories centered around the duo's endless chases, pursuits, and mutual mischief. Tom meticulously devises various exaggerated tools to capture Jerry, but the clever and cunning Jerry always makes Tom suffer. Of course, sometimes their roles are reversed, and the various mind-bending transformation sequences are also a major highlight; the imaginative scenes of destruction consistently leave audiences in stitches and provide ultimate stress relief! However, occasionally they also cooperate and become good friends.
The detailed dimensions for the three-dimensional "Funny Art Tom" and "Funny Art Jerry" have not yet been announced. However, based on previous Fluffy Puffy products, their height is expected to be around 8-9 centimeters. Tom is depicted in his classic transformation, emerging from a safe, becoming a perfect cube, and propping himself against the side of the safe. Jerry, on the other hand, is shown in an exaggerated pose, having swallowed an entire block of cheese. Both figures feature highly popular designs! Coupled with their fluffy surfaces, they are sure to offer an incredibly soothing tactile experience.
