Japanese toy brand MEDICOM TOY will hold the "AKASHIC RECORDS 3 ~ from Illuminati ~" art exhibition, curated by CEO Tatsuhiko Akashi, from October 22nd to 31st, 2022, in Omotesando. The exhibition will feature several exclusive items. Recently, they preemptively announced a collaboration with CCP Co., Ltd. for the "Evangelion: New Theatrical Edition" series, which will release three "Lilith Statues" with exhibition-exclusive color schemes!
CCP, renowned for high-quality statues, is responsible for the sculpting, presenting the "Lilith Statue" which combines intricate detailing with an imposing size of approximately 40 cm in height. It faithfully recreates the white giant from the series, impaled by the Lance of Longinus on a cross in the Central Dogma's lowest forbidden zone of NERV Headquarters. There will be three limited-edition color schemes: the black Lilith Statue A, the black and white painted Lilith Statue B, and the Lilith 3D OBJECT (EDITION 1), which features built-in LED lighting in the eyes and stands at 60 cm. The eerie half-body sculpt showcases not only muscle lines but also details like nails and stab wounds, while the hollow-eyed mask further enhances the overall unsettling atmosphere! These will be sold via a limited lottery.
