Hong Kong toy manufacturer Hot Toys today (26th) announced its latest product from "The Mandalorian": the "Cobb Vanth" 1/6th scale collectible figure! Expected to ship in Q3-Q4 2023.
"Cobb Vanth," who appeared in "The Mandalorian" Chapter 9: The Marshal, is the marshal of the desert town of Mos Pelgo. After purchasing the armor originally belonging to the legendary bounty hunter "Boba Fett" from the Jawas, he wears it to maintain order in the area. Hot Toys has taken this as its theme to release the 1/6th scale Cobb Vanth, recreating his reddish-brown main-toned attire and the heavily battle-damaged Boba Fett helmet and armor worn over it. The overall figure fully captures actor Timothy Olyphant's tall and lean physique from the series, and the head sculpt's contouring, expression, and hair recreation are all excellent.
Accessories include a blaster rifle, a blaster pistol, a bottle containing the blue drink "Spotchka" with a net bag, and multiple interchangeable hands. The jetpack on his back can also be equipped with missiles and jet thrust effect parts for play. Coupled with a specially designed base inspired by the front of the saloon, the figure can be displayed showcasing the marshal's dashing and cool demeanor!
