T-ARTS "Sense of PINGU Figure Collection" Gashapon: So Many Pingu Gems Awaiting Your Spin!

Japan's TAKARA TOMY company's toy brand T-ARTS will release the latest product from "Pingu," the "Sense of PINGU Figure Collection" gashapon, in September 2022!

"Pingu," the claymation created by Otmar Gutmann, is incredibly vivid even without dialogue, as if every viewer can understand "Penguin-ese." The penguin PINGU, who only makes "ba-ba-ba" sounds in Penguin-ese, is a shared memory for Taiwanese generations born in the 70s and 80s. This gashapon product's "Sense of PINGU" emphasizes a wondrous feeling that transcends traditional imagery, an art series featuring cute illustrations. Essentially, Sense of PINGU can be understood as a series that reinterprets classic scenes from the show through flat artwork.

The "Sense of PINGU Figure Collection" gashapon features a total of 5 designs to collect. Once again, it takes the popular characters PINGU and his sister PINGA as its theme, creating cute and amusing three-dimensional works in sizes ranging from 3 to 4 centimeters. These include Pingu's comical expression with his tongue out after eating, a pose of being hit by snow, a hilarious moment of missing a ball, and Pingu dressed as a chef. Every single one is super adorable!!
