The renowned Japanese toy and figure manufacturer Max Factory's popular action figure series "figma" is scheduled to release an action figure of Samus Aran, the protagonist from Nintendo's classic action game "Metroid Dread", in October 2023!
Nintendo's classic action game series "METROID", formerly commonly known as "Galactic Warrior", has now been officially renamed "Metroid". Since 1986, the series has released numerous titles, and the beautiful protagonist Samus, hidden beneath her armor, is a beloved character among many players and a frequent guest in Super Smash Bros. Metroid enjoys immense popularity in Western markets; not only do players love it, but protagonist Samus is also a favorite character for many cosplayers.
This figma Samus features her appearance from the latest game, "Metroid Dread", primarily in light white with blue accents. The articulation remains excellent, with key areas utilizing soft materials to ensure both balance and poseability. For accessories, it includes a basic stand and base, along with three interchangeable hand parts to recreate clenched fists and open palms. Of course, the "Morph Ball" for transforming into a spherical shape is also included, and her weapon is the "OMEGA Cannon". Additionally, a "Spider Magnet base" is provided to recreate wall-climbing scenes, which attaches via magnet.
