Japan's toy company Good Smile Company's best-selling "Nendoroid" (ねんどろいど) toy series will release a Nendoroid figure of "Klonoa" (クロノア), the protagonist from NAMCO's early classic game Klonoa: Door to Phantomile! Scheduled for release in June 2023.

Klonoa: Door to Phantomile (風のクロノア) was originally developed and released by NAMCO, an action game launched in December 1997 on the original PlayStation console. The protagonist, Klonoa, is a boy with large ears, somewhat resembling a cat. The game primarily featured 2D gameplay combined with 3D polygonal backgrounds and objects, which was very popular at the time. Later, many titles were successively released on platforms such as PS2 and GBA. For a period, Klonoa was also one of NAMCO's popular mascot characters. In July 2022, to celebrate the game's 25th anniversary, a special commemorative title, Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series, was released, featuring the first and second games presented in high definition.

This Nendoroid of Klonoa perfectly recreates his in-game appearance. Standing approximately 10 cm tall, his large ears are a distinctive feature, and thanks to articulated joints, they can be posed to convey a sense of movement. For facial expressions, three interchangeable face plates are included. Other accessories include Klonoa's ring, used to unleash his Wind Bullet ability, along with its light effect part, his travel companion "Huepow," and a display stand, among others.
