BANDAI SPIRITS Company's HOBBY Division in Japan recently announced the latest addition to its 'POKEPLA' series of Pokémon-themed model kits, the "Pokémon PLAMO Collection Quick!! 13 Bulbasaur," scheduled for release in March 2023.
The 'Pokémon PLAMO Collection Quick!!' series, which aims to allow anyone to easily build highly accurate Pokémon model kits, following the release of Charmander in July this year, has finally announced another Kanto region starter Pokémon, the Grass-type Bulbasaur. Continuing the series' style, multiple colored molded parts are condensed into two runner frames, utilizing a convenient design where parts can be removed by hand without any tools.
Once completed, the kit yields an adorable Bulbasaur approximately 8 cm long. Aside from the eye pupils requiring stickers for reproduction, all other parts feature excellent color separation and part division technology. The original molded colors of the parts are used to represent the dark green spots on its skin, white claws, and the green bulb on its back, eliminating the need for additional painting. Even model kit beginners can easily complete it!
