Japan's GOOD SMILE COMPANY's assembly model series, "MODEROID," is set to release products from the Ryu-Knight series based on the 1994 anime "Lord of Lords Ryu-Knight"! The first product features assembly models of the protagonist's Ryu-Knight unit, "Zephyr," and the heroine's Ryu-Magician, "Magidora," as a two-unit set! It is scheduled for release in July 2023.

"Lord of Lords Ryu-Knight" (覇王大系リューナイト) is an anime produced by Japan's Sunrise animation studio, which began airing on TV Tokyo in 1994, with a total of 52 episodes. Subsequently, three OVA series were also released. The story follows the protagonist, Adieu, an apprentice knight who always speaks of chivalry. He is on a journey to become a true knight and possesses the ability to summon "Ryu-Knights" using cards. During his travels, he meets Paffy and others who are also heading to Astelia. Together, they defeat villains encountered along the way, forming a companionship, and thus the story unfolds.
The first product in the "Ryu-Knight Collection Series" (リューナイトコレクションSERIES:1) released by MODEROID is a set combining the protagonist Adieu's Ryu-Knight "Zephyr" and the Ryu-Magician "Magidora." Both units stand approximately 10-11.5 cm tall, faithfully recreating their appearance from the original TV anime. The assembly joints are designed to be posable, and some parts of the main body utilize clear components. For weapon accessories, Ryu-Knight Zephyr comes with its frequently used "Hishou no Ken" (Soaring Sword) and "Ennetsu no Tate" (Blazing Shield), and the sword can be stored within the shield. Magidora, on the other hand, comes with her usual staff and crystal ball. The waist stickers can be applied according to preference, choosing between the TV version or the OVA version. Additionally, the summoning cards used by the protagonist to summon Ryu-Knights are also included, with one card each for Zephyr and Magidora.
