Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS' TAMASHII NATIONS collectible toy division's popular Q-version articulated figure series "Figuarts mini" will release its first wave of products based on the super popular anime "Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury": "Figuarts mini Suletta Mercury" and "Figuarts mini Miorine Rembran" – both characters! The suggested retail price is 2,970 JPY each, with an anticipated release in April 2023.
The popular anime "Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury," directed by Hiroshi Kobayashi and with series composition and screenplay by Ichiro Okouchi, is set in A.S. (Ad Stella) 122, an era when numerous corporations have expanded into space. The protagonist, Suletta Mercury, transfers from the frontier planet Mercury to the Asticassia School of Technology, operated by the Benerit Group, the largest corporation in the MS (Mobile Suit) industry. Due to an act of bravery, she unexpectedly becomes the new dueling champion – and the "groom" of Miorine Rembran.
"Figuarts mini Suletta Mercury" and "Figuarts mini Miorine Rembran" feature an overall Q-version design with approximately 2.5 head proportions. Each figure measures about 9 cm, faithfully recreating their unique hairstyles and uniforms. Simple articulated joints are present in the head, hands, shoulders, and feet. They also come with interchangeable hand parts and a dedicated display stand. The eyes are crafted using the "Glittering EYE" method, making their expression more vivid, bright, and lively.
