Japan's renowned prize toy manufacturer Furyu (フリュー株式会社)'s high-quality figure brand "F:NEX" will release the "Albedo White Dress Ver." 1/7 scale figure, based on the popular light novel "OVERLORD"! The suggested retail price is 44,000 JPY, available as a F:NEX exclusive made-to-order product, with an estimated release in October 2023.
Albedo is an NPC character created by the player "Tabula Smaragdina" in the online game "YGGDRASIL" within the "OVERLORD" series. Her race is Succubus, and she is the Overseer of the Guardians of the Great Tomb of Nazarick. Albedo is a peerless beauty with a charming face and an excellent figure. Her abilities in combat, strategy, and domestic affairs are all of the highest caliber, earning her the title "Gentle and Considerate Pure-White Devil"; however, when she "goes dark," she devolves into hysteria, violence, and exaggerated facial expressions, leading her rival Shalltear to mock her as a "Big-Mouthed Gorilla."
The "F:NEX Albedo White Dress Ver." 1/7 scale figure, with a total height of approximately 175 mm, is based on the illustration by popular Japanese artist so-bin, recreating her appearance from the ending of the anime's second season. Albedo is fully depicted in a charming kneeling pose, wearing a pure white dress. Her jet-black wings, with each feather distinctly sculpted, are folded beside her, and combined with her serene facial expression, the overall presentation exudes a mysterious aura. The prominent bust, barely contained by her attire, is adorned with elegant gold painted patterns. Furthermore, charming gradient paintwork is applied to her hair ends and wings; the translucent material in her hand creates the sensation of flowing liquid and distinct textures.
