Japanese prize toy manufacturer Furyu (フリュー株式会社)'s high-quality figure brand F:NEX will release the "Elf Dress ver. 1/7 Scale Figure" based on the popular anime "Uncle from Another World". The suggested retail price is 29,700 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in July 2023!
"Uncle from Another World" (異世界おじさん), written by Japanese manga artist Hotondo Shindeiru, tells the story of the protagonist Takafumi Takaoka, who visits his uncle in the hospital. His uncle has recently woken up after being in a coma for 17 years. Just as Takafumi is about to tell his uncle that no one in the family wants to take care of him, he witnesses his uncle performing magic from another world—it turns out his uncle is a survivor who returned from the other world of Granbahamal! While listening to his otaku uncle's tales of swords and magic, Takafumi encourages him to become an "isekai" (another world) YouTuber... The two embark on a new life blending another world with modern culture!
The Elf, whose real name is Suzurilchiraselganellruleya Agranzerga Elga, is simply called Elf because her name is too long. She is an Elga tribe princess rescued by the Uncle from the venomous fangs of a poisonous dragon. Because she is fond of the Uncle, readers affectionately call her "Auntie." The Uncle occasionally transforms into her during his modern-day livestreams to boost viewership.
The "Elf Dress ver. 1/7 Scale Figure" stands approximately 24 cm tall. It features an original F:NEX design of a white dress, crafted with transparent material to create a light, airy, and flowing sensation. Delicate patterns of flowers and butterflies evoke a sweet atmosphere. Her pose, lifting her skirt, reveals her fair legs, combining cuteness with a touch of sexiness. The intricate braided hairstyle and hair strand details, along with her emerald-bright eyes and golden hair, complement each other beautifully, making her captivating from every angle!
▼Purchases from F:NEX in Japan and bilibili overseas include a limited bonus interchangeable expression.
