Mahou-dokoro, an online store jointly operated by Japan's BENELIC Co. and Warner Bros. Pictures, specializing in merchandise from the magical worlds of the "Harry Potter" and "Fantastic Beasts" series, will release the popular product "Voldemort Limited Figure". It has a reference price of 44,000 JPY and is scheduled for release in June 2023.
The ultimate antagonist throughout the entire "Harry Potter" series, Voldemort, originally named "Tom Marvolo Riddle", is a master of dark magic. Driven by his disdain for non-pure-blood wizards and his ambition to create a pure-blood magical world, his methods are cruel and his heart is evil. He holds the title of "the most dangerous dark wizard in history", and in the wizarding world, even speaking his name is considered dangerous, hence he is referred to as "He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named" or "the Dark Lord".
This "Voldemort Limited Figure" is restricted to only 100 units. Standing approximately 39 cm tall, it brings to life in three dimensions the form of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, holding his wand and gazing down from above. The intricate wrinkles and textures of his black robes are meticulously recreated, with the back sculpted to show the swirling, billowing effect as if he were appearing from smoke. His pale face bears the sorrow of a missing nose (X). The wand in his hand features built-in LED lighting, emitting a mysterious glow in the dark... Coiled around his feet is Voldemort's beloved pet, Nagini, faithfully rendered with serpentine scales' texture and luster, adding to the overall imposing presence!
