BANDAI CANDY, the Shokugan division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., has announced the latest product in the "FW GUNDAM CONVERGE" series, which meticulously sculpts intricate structures and details at an average height of 55mm, the "FW GUNDAM CONVERGE CORE Quin Mantha," scheduled for release in June 2023.
The NZ-000 Quin Mantha is a large mobile suit piloted by the Cyber Newtype Ple-Two during the First Neo Zeon War in Universal Century 0088, when Neo Zeon general Glemmy Toto attempted to seize power, leading to an internal conflict. This mobile suit was constructed using a captured Psyco Gundam Mk-II combined with the latest Neo Zeon technology. It boasts a colossal height of 40 meters, is equipped with 9 MEGA Particle Cannons throughout its body, and features as many as 30 Funnels. When piloted by a highly capable Cyber Newtype, it can instantly sweep away numerous targets on the battlefield.
The "FW GUNDAM CONVERGE CORE Quin Mantha" is a re-production based on the EX20 release from 2018. It boasts a larger size of 9 cm, surpassing other items in the series. It features new color applications, including metallic paint, and over 20 new body markings, enriching the details of its characteristic heavy armor and the large binders on both shoulders. For weaponry, it similarly includes two large beam sabers and dedicated hands.
