Japanese renowned toy company MEDICOM TOY, following the 2015 release of "ULTIMATE WOODY" from the classic animated film "Toy Story," is now bringing another ultimate toy! "ULTIMATE BUZZ LIGHTYEAR" is scheduled for release starting June 2024.
The "ULTIMATE BUZZ LIGHTYEAR" aims to completely recreate one of the popular toys from "Toy Story," Buzz Lightyear, in a life-size scale, standing at 28 cm tall. In addition to four vivid expression parts, it also features articulated eyes to further enhance playability. The wings on the back can be manually deployed, and the communicator cover on the left forearm can also be opened, meticulously restoring the in-show settings. Although the exact number of articulated joints is not specified, the stretch mechanism in the shoulders allows for further extension of the arm's range of motion, enabling more dynamic and active poses! Furthermore, there are three styles of transparent head domes to choose from, making the overall appearance truly fantastic!
For collectors who previously missed out on ULTIMATE WOODY, there's no need to worry! MEDICOM has also simultaneously announced that Woody will be re-released in February 2024.
