Following the Gundam Aesculapius, BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division, known for its extensive Gunpla lineup 'HG (High Grade)', has once again announced the commercialization of a new product from the official side-story manga 'New Mobile Report Gundam Wing G-UNIT': the 'HG 1/144 Gundam Burnlapius'. It is expected to be sold exclusively on BANDAI's official online store, PREMIUM BANDAI, in the near future.
The OZ-10VMSX-2 Gundam Burnlapius is an enhanced mobile suit newly constructed by Dr. Peruj, the developer of the 'G-UNIT' series, based on the Gundam Aesculapius. It retains the original machine's functions while adding new armaments. The shoulder units have been improved into 'Golem Claws', and a large physical sword 'Assault Bayonet' and an electromagnetic shield 'EMF Shield' have been added. The 'PX System', which can instantly boost the mobile suit's performance, is further strengthened by removing its limiter, though this may cause significant damage to both the mobile suit and its pilot. The 'Duel Mode' features a new leg transformation mechanism, giving it a stance reminiscent of the high-performance Z'Gok from the Universal Century.
Currently, detailed product information for the 'HG 1/144 Gundam Burnlapius' has not yet been released.
