The S.H.Figuarts action figure brand, released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collectors' toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., is launching a new product themed after the anime "MONSTERS: 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation" - the "Ryuma" action figure. The suggested retail price is 9,900 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in March 2025!
"MONSTERS: 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation" is an anime produced by E&H production in 2024 and released on the streaming platform Netflix. It is adapted from Eiichiro Oda's one-shot manga "MONSTERS" and tells the story of Ryuma, the swordsman with the strongest warrior spirit in the world. It also connects to the battle between Zombie Ryuma and Zoro in the Thriller Bark Arc of "One Piece", confirming the direct connection between the two works.
This Ryuma action figure stands approximately 15.5 cm tall and faithfully recreates Ryuma's appearance in the anime, wearing a green and white gradient kimono. The arm parts are sculpted into three sections according to the sleeve design, and the kimono's hem features articulated separate parts to minimize interference with poseability. Accessories include five interchangeable hands, four interchangeable face parts, two types of bag accessories (one worn on the back and one tied to the waist), and Ryuma's most important famous sword, Shusui. Shusui comes in two versions, sheathed and unsheathed, which can be interchanged for display, allowing you to recreate Ryuma's various appearances from the series!
