Chinese toy brand CCSTOYS has officially announced its brand-new robot-themed finished model series, "Blacksmith". The first product will be the "Getter Team" from "Getter Robo Armageddon". Prototypes of the product will be exhibited on October 2nd at the "2024 Guangzhou Animation and Game Exhibition (CICF×AGF)" and "Wonder Festival 2024 Shanghai".
This product is developed in collaboration between CCSTOYS and Korean design team Prototype 001, launching Getter Units 1-3 simultaneously as a box set containing all three machines. While CCSTOYS has not yet revealed the design concept and features of the "Blacksmith" series, they have preemptively unveiled the in-progress sculpts of the three units, which boast outlines and weapon configurations faithful to the original settings, alongside dynamic articulation designs.
