The annual, highly anticipated gift-with-purchase event from Danish toy company LEGO, "Bricktober," is fast approaching! Toys"R"Us Malaysia recently unveiled the official images of all 2024 Bricktober items on their official Facebook page! Let's quickly take a look at what cool stuff this year's event will bring.
Composed of "Brick" + "October," "Bricktober" is one of the most anticipated annual events for LEGO fans. Around October each year, LEGO plans four gift-with-purchase periods, each offering a different promotional set for fans to collect.
This year's theme features incredibly cute mini stalls, aptly named the "Brick Bites" series! It includes four types familiar to us Taiwanese: bubble tea, popcorn, ice cream, and burgers. These single-person stalls, built to LEGO minifigure scale, are both stylish and compact, truly captivating! In addition to the large decorations on top, the front counter, where customers interact, also features mini models. Coupled with vibrant colors and a consistent base design, the visual effect is truly first-class! While personally, the burger stall is my favorite in terms of theme and color scheme, the ice cream stall's cone on top and the seemingly melting strawberry ice cream are absolutely fantastic – you really have to collect the whole set!!
Simply spend NT$2,800 or more on LEGO products at designated LEGO retailers to receive one for free. The schedule for each gift-with-purchase is as follows:
■ September 27 – October 4, 2024: Burger Stall
■ October 5 – October 11, 2024: Ice Cream Stall
■ October 12 – October 18, 2024: Popcorn Stall
■ October 19 – October 25, 2024: Bubble Tea Stall
