From Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company's collector's toy division TAMASHII NATIONS, the popular action figure series "S.H.Figuarts" follows the announcement of "Little Vegeta -DAIMA-" with its latest product from the newest anime "Dragon Ball: DAIMA", the "S.H.Figuarts Vegeta -DAIMA-" action figure! The suggested retail price is 4,400 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in May 2025!
To commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Dragon Ball series, the new anime "Dragon Ball: DAIMA" (Dragon Ball Great Demon) features a plot and character designs personally conceived by Akira Toriyama before his passing, and is scheduled to air in October 2024. The story tells of how, due to the machinations of "Daima," all Earthlings have inexplicably shrunk! Goku and his companions, now in child-like forms, embark on a cute yet dangerous adventure to an unknown universe to resolve the incident, once again unraveling the mysteries of the Dragon Ball world.
The "S.H.Figuarts Vegeta -DAIMA-" action figure, standing approximately 14 cm tall, features a completely new sculpt to faithfully represent Vegeta as he appears in the series. It incorporates the articulation structure design cultivated over many years in the series, utilizing soft material parts in areas such as the crotch and chest armor to allow for more dynamic posing of various arm gestures, including his signature special move, the Galick Gun, and other poses with arms brought together! Furthermore, it is equipped with a new mechanism that makes the seams more natural when the legs are extended. It comes with a cool expressionless face, a sneering face, a gritted-teeth face, and a shouting face, which, combined with interchangeable hand parts, allows for a wide range of battle poses!
